Privacy policy

Who we are

trenave is an Apple-first IT consultancy. This policy describes what personal information we collect through trenave.io, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us. If you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any context you share.
• Booking details from Calendly. The Calendly widget on our contact page handles meeting scheduling. Calendly collects the same information directly from you. See Calendly’s own privacy policy for details on its handling.
• Form submissions via Formspree. The contact form on this site is processed by Formspree, which receives, stores, and forwards your submission to us. See Formspree’s own privacy policy for details.
• Server logs via Cloudflare. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance. We don’t use this for marketing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether trenave is a fit for your engagement.
• To deliver consulting services to clients under signed agreements.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with third parties for advertising. We don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t opt into.

Cookies

trenave.io itself uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded third-party tools may set their own cookies on the pages where they appear:

• The Calendly widget on the contact page sets cookies to manage scheduling sessions.
• Google Fonts is loaded for typography (no tracking cookie).

Data retention

Inquiry emails and booking records are kept for the duration of any active or contemplated engagement plus a reasonable period for accounting and follow-up. Standard server logs are retained for up to 90 days unless required for security review.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate
• Delete the information we hold (subject to record-retention requirements)
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

If you’re a California resident under the CCPA, or in the EU under GDPR, the same rights apply. Send requests through our contact form with subject “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
